Great location on the lake. Excellent service. Great view from our room. Great excursions in the area with friendly guides. Only suggestion would be to have a live music band in the evening during the cocktail time and to cheapen a bit the excursions.

Great place !! Everything perfect

The boat journey is exciting and comfortable despite being 8 hrs up river and 5 back. If lucky u meet the researchers and hear about their ingenious projects focused on the flora and fauna and the staff are attentive and wonderful as is the food. We were up at 4.30 most mornings which is no sweat as u go to bed about 9 pm. The clay licks are disappointing this time of year as the Macaws come rarely and the smaller birds fear the hawks without the macaws on the lick...but the birds accumulate...

The room was very clean and also spacious. The staff were accommodating as we required an extra night and they sorted it out for us immediately. We did have to hire a heater from them as, as is quite normal in Cusco, it gets chilly at night time and most places don’t use central heating. We slept great both nights, and breakfast was a nice added touch.

We totally LOVED staying here! We had a superior room and it was excellent, far exceeding my expectations of a jungle lodge. The mosquito nets are extremely good quality, so no worries about the bugs getting in and it was a unique experience sleeping in a room that was open to the jungle on one side. The hotel is really nice and with a pretty view - it was a little far from town but we took taxis and it was perfect

This is a great hotel near the historic centre of Cusco, The rooms are well laid out, and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, all in all a great place to stay.

Staff super friendly. Breakfast very high quality, healthy and tasty. Showers need running for a few minutes before they get hot but great once it gets going. The location is superb, with the market nearby and many food places. If you need to miss breakfast due to a tour, they will prepare you a bag with a sandwich and fruit. 24 hours reception. Some things could do with refreshing, for example the bathroom tap needs its tap head replaced. Housekeeping could be earlier - they didn’t...
