"No hot water, “included breakfast” means a piece of bread and tea, everything else is extra, on a noisy main road with barking stray dogs, in a bad area of Cusco, they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and had to pay again in person to get a room, you have to turn your key in every time you leave the hotel. We moved the first day and are awaiting a refund."
