The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are extremely friendly. There is free filtered water in the lobby and you can leave your bag with the hotel if you are going on a multi-day hiking trip.

This is a very popular Hotel in Cusco. Large lobby off the front desk is always full of people. Excellent staff, restaurant is awesome, Breakfast was excellent. Its a little away from attractions but a decent walk to get to the center. Very easy to get transportation from this hotel.

The hotel is exceptional the staff is amazing and extremely helpful, the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the restaurant’s food is impeccable. The laundry service is a plus, the location is perfect for all your tour pick ups and drop off I would definitely be staying there again…

It was a really good experience to stay in this hotel. The customer service was 100% was excellent. The restaurant was incredible good. Marcelo one of the waiters took really good care of us. The room was clean. The room service was amazing. The location was super good within walking distance of all the main restaurants and plaza. Don’t hesitate and reserve in this hotel if you visit Cusco.

Excellent Stay in Cusco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cusco La Paccha, Affiliated by Meliá. From the moment we arrived, the service and customer care were outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the food was excellent. After long days exploring Cusco and the surrounding attractions, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable hotel where we felt well taken care of. What stood out most for us was the level of service. The staff genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. Excellent service, great food, cleanliness and genuine hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Very happy with this hotel overall. 4 stars instead of 5 for a few small reasons. Laundry is SUPER expensive compared to other hotels and laundry services in the country. And the checkout is really early, 10am. Also, don’t get the patio view rooms. We stayed here twice, a couple days before and few days after the Inca Trail. The first stay we booked a Patio View room and your room is very close to a busy road so it’s noisy. The second time we got just a regular standard room and it was so peaceful with a beautiful view of their garden. We also were never given a room upgrade or food & drink discount, even though it was listed as a perk for Expedia Platinum accounts. Other hotels have gone above and beyond with this perk and with this hotel, nothing. Small thing though. Their spa really did help with soreness after the Inca trail. It’s a bit more expensive compared to other massages advertised in the area, but I was also told that the cheaper massages are not good quality.

Super close to bus shuttle. It was walking distance which helped after a long day on the train and bus from Aguas Calientes. It was a bit of a walk to get to the plaza but still manageable either by foot or uber. The hotel had a restaurant which stayed open until late. And breakfast was pretty good. They didn’t have water in the room though so you had to go downstairs to get it. And tub felt a little high to get in and out.

Loved this hotel. Great location, great breakfast and nice location. They only thing they didn't have was bottled water but there were markets right down the street where you could buy it (so not a huge deal). I would definitely stay here again.

The location is pretty nice because its close enough to walk to the main attractions but also not too far a taxi ride from the airport. The staff was polite and get me situated quickly. The bed was good, but the bathroom was older and not as clean as I'd like. Breakfast was ok too, but there were not many different options for dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). Overall, it was solid for a last minute one night stay and the interior design of the common areas with the atriums is super cool, but it also makes for a noisy sleep unfortunately, so I might try a different spot next time but would still recommend it as a good budget option.

Nice place

Hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and polite. It's about 15 minutes walk to the main square. We walk slow because of the high altitude, otherwise I could have been quicker. Overall it was a nice stay.

Average Stay and noisy room

Already informed. The room was noisy and made a lot of noise when anyone upstairs showered or opened the tap. Apparently a big water pipe running through our room and the gushing water made huge noise so much so that we could not sleep . When complained they offered to change to a room on 5 th floor which was claustrophobic which we refused . Then we were told they have no rooms and did not offer us any solution but were told to bear the noise : stick up with it. Though the restaurant and on site cafe people were excellent and looked after us well .
