"The room was very small and the closet almost nonexistent. The bathroom was very small. None of their accommodation were up to standard for a Hyatt stay! I complained about this to the manager and he said this is what it is. He did not offer any upgrade. Found out later that this was a hotel named Irvine hotel, which was an average hotel which Hyatt bought After the Covid and tried to upgrade it, but nothing to the standard of Hyatt. Very disappointed"

"The property is always very clean, and all plants well cared for both inside and outside rose garden. We have stayed at the property many times. There were a number of young guests on this visit, one couple argued from 11:30 pm till 4:20 am. Also, a barking dog for 2 hours. I did not get a restful night. No, I did not complain to management."
