"We we greeted on arrival by Anthony (owner). On arrival we asked for a first floor room overlooking the fields..which was no problem to accomodate. If we had any issues they were dealt with straight away. Anthony and Margaret (sister) were always around and always very cheerful. The property is spotlessly clean with bed linen and towels changed every 2 days and room always smells fresh and clean when you get back. Very close to many bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk away to beach....

"A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable.
