Very nice place and staff. I had a very good time there.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. The property was amazing and the hospitality was amazing specific to mention Rahul who has served us at midnight ( sandwiches) as we reached late night . We extended our stay because of the hospitality extended. Very nice and humble staff at reception. Would surely like to visit again.

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

Great hotel. Clean and good size rooms. Has. Balcony.As per photos. Lovely infinity pool. Away from main street and quite but easy to get to places by walking or taxi. Beach and town 30 mins walk. Needed to ask for coffee sachets and white towels were not hotel soft or white but not stained but just dull and hard.

Great hotel with what it effectively its own private beach. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. It really was amazing and we had a great time. It could be a bit quiet at night and there isn't much else around - although if you walk left along the beach there is a beach shack and another hotel both doing excellent food but at much cheaper rates (and the drinks are much cheaper too). The price of food and drink is extremely expensive by Indian standards, but fairly standard for UK...

Being an English girl, working in Mumbai, quite often a getaway break to a local retreat without all the hustle and bustle in definitely on the cards. A truly outstanding property! A lot has been invested to create a beautiful haven very close to the madness of Baga but just far enough away. A brilliant team also run it with 29 rooms and around 70 employees. The service was beyond exceptional. It was perfect for the 3 of us, but if you're a family of 4 or even 5, it would work just as well. Friendly staff, very clean and just 4 mins from the beach. The Club 21 Shack at the end of the beach path on the right is great too. Highly recommended.

A beautiful & quiet property in Moira which is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The private pool room was really good and the hotel architecture is great. Small hotel with excellent service. Food was great too!

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.
