"My wife and I stayed 4 nights in there. All staff were very kind. The shuttle bus service between Schiphol airport and this hotel was ever 20 minutes from early morning to late evening. It was very convenient. And the breakfast was prepared from 4am to 10:30am. It was also very good for our very early departure. Am looking forward to staying in this hotel when I will come to Amsterdam again. Thank you!"

"The hotel is very nice, the staff are lovely, the bar on the top floor has a good atmosphere, there is a park close by. You need to get a tram to the city centre which is easy to reach and fairly cheap. There are no restaurant or bars close by. The hotel is 20mis from the airport in the hotel shuttle."

"Citizen M South was full of kind and pleasant staff, good breakfast, great coffee, great power shower with plenty of hot water, super comfortable bed and easy check in and out. It was also located within a walking distance to the trains, metro and busses. The rooms were well isolated and quiet."

"It is a wonderful quirky place. The only issue we had was with an odor that came from the shower are and water temps in the shower. The hot water was only hot the first night and we tried it at several times while we’re there and it was never hot again."
