Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar.

Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a great selection of fresh vegetables, yogurt, fruit and so on. The room was of good size with a nice view. I don't want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this hotel a secret! This was my third stay, and I still can't find any faults with this place. The room is always immaculately clean and well soundproofed. The only downside is that the area is not particularly nice, with some red-light district areas on the street. Just avoid walking at ground level. As long as you use the first-floor walkway from the station/shopping complex you won't see them much.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

Staff are very helpful

Great location just behind Yokohama train station (as the name suggests). Short walk to the station and lots of shops and bars around the local area for anything you need. Staff were amazing, the room was large, bright and clean with comfortable beds!
