"I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. We had a lot of stuff. There were luggage carts. We arrived late and were hungry. We were able to order a local pizza for delivery and a bottle of wine with real glasses in the lobby. We were late to breakfast the next morning but someone hooked us with scrambled eggs and potatoes. We had a hard time getting a car so needed a late checkout. No problem which was great since I got to work out and swim. It was more like the hospitality of the South....

"the location is so perfect if you wanna walk around Boston, its so close to almost all you wanted to see in Boston. I highly recommend it. We were there with my 2 daughter, we were on the first floor, though we dont have window but the room itself is pretty clean, easy to check in and out"
