I have been to this hotel many times as my son lives in Vilnius. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast is superb. The location is ideal in the old town close to the beautiful St Anne's church.

The staffs were very welcoming and looked after us very well. It is a small hotel which we liked and is located in the centre of the old town. It is within walkable distances to all the main attractions. We had the junior suite and was very spacious. The sofa was turned into a single bed with a proper mattress which was nice for our son. It served a very international breakfast with all the usual bread, pastry, eggs, bacon and fruits but with a little Baltic twist.

We decided to go to Vilnius because we love visiting old cities. We were not disappointed as the architecture is amazing with over 40 churches and a castle hill to explore. There are also many excellent eating places to suit all budgets and some of the most amazing beer available from the several microbreweries scattered around the central part of the city. As is our custom we took advantage of the hop-on hop off bus tours opting for the 2 day ticket at 20 euro per person which we find is a...

Great central location to all sights, restaurants and local markets. Hotel clean, modern and good amenities. Easy check in instructions. Note: if arriving late make sure hotel is contacted well in advance via app, as no concierge available. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in the Baltics. Lovely room. Breakfast wasn’t the usual bland cold buffet but some nice local Delicacies. The hot food looked ok too. It’s in a brilliant location on a long boulevard like the Ramblas or Champs Elysees of they weren’t crap. Also, smart TVs in the rooms, a European hotel that’s moved into the 21st century.

Good comfort and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and Kaunas is a really nice city to visit

The Best Western Santakos was an excellent choice for us. Located where the Old Town and the New Town meet, it was perfectly located and both sections of town were easily walkable from the hotel. The rooms were not your typical boxes but interestingly and individually shaped and decorated. All the regular amenities were there. When we pointed out some small problems (lights with missing bulbs etc), but they were quickly fixed. Overall, very good indeed. The Best Western is not the cheapest, but...
