The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff I interacted with were very polite and courteous. Breakfast was included with our room booking and it had a variety of offerings. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant.

Great hotel , good spacious modern rooms , very good breakfast and service team at breakfast. Housekeeping was excellent too. Air condition worked great. Liked the Brita filtered water device on the floor. We had a blackout across the city on the first day we arrived , after number of hours it was restored later in the evening, the only suggestion is to inform guests periodically about the status of such issues while guests are waiting in the lobby.

We arrived late at night and there was an issue with the reservation. The front desk staff worked very hard to resolve this problem. Excellent communication. The room was clean and comfortable. The terrace has beautiful views. Free guest laundry great for mid-vacation refresh. Hotel is well located for restaurants and walking tours. We used Bolt for transportation from train station and to airport, 10-15 euros
