"Really beautiful hotel in a great area of town. Rooms were very nice and the hotel was very walkable to all the highlights of the city. The front desk was very helpful through check-in, fulfilling requests, and unfortunately dealing with a very frustrating service at breakfast. Breakfast service was quite disorganized and made for a very poor experience for a 5-star hotel."

The staff was exceedingly friendly, courteous and accommodating. The hotel is a former monastery so its architecture makes it a very special place to stay with its long wide hallways & its arched ceilings; it gives the feeling like you are staying in a living historical museum :-)"
