"The hotel is located a 5-min walk from where all restaurants and bars are which is ideal because it is located in a quieter area as most restaurants and bars play live and loud music at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms which can be annoying but also an opportunity to disconnect from the world. Daily Turkish breakfast in the gorgeous restaurant area… but beware of the mosquitoes and stray cats. "

"My wife and I visited the property in March 2024. Just prior to arriving at Alavya, my wife contracted stomach pain which limited her enjoyment. Throughout the entire visit, all the staff at Alavya were extremely attentive and concerned about my wife’s health. The service was outstanding. "Not great start . problems with 1st and 2nd rooms but staff was really helpful and by my 3rd room move it was really nice. location is very peacefull . buffet dinner is a bit expensive snack bar was lovely good choices and breakfast was great "

The amenities are excellent and the choice of food was good, although over-priced for what it was. The only negative was the Izmir traffic but the hotel cannot be blamed for that."
