"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big
pool
outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with was the early closing for the pools. They could at least till 21:00 hours as I usually want to immerse myself before bed after a day of sight seeing and shopping! Spent a week there and it is walking...

"This hotel did not meet our expectations, there were many issues that certainly could be improved to make the guests' experience better. -To start the parking situation is a joke, the "valet" attendants were rarely available either when we walked by or when we needed them. Parking is not on site, it's across the street at a parking garage and it costs 150TL per day. -The room was ok, the bed was fine but the shower/tub leaked water even after we were done showering. -The

"Me and my girlfriend just got home from our stay in this hotel, we had an absolutely wonderful week, the atmosphere is really calm and relaxing, the easy listening music in the lifts and around hotel/pool sets the tone, even had a man playing the piano which was lovely, the staff are really relaxed and friendly/helpful, the clients tend to be middle aged and all enjoying the peaceful days. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms very very nice and kept really clean, Food and drinks aren't cheap, but you should expect that in 5*, plenty of restaurants nearby to try out. There is a lot of security on all entrances, even body scanner's as you enter, it's another level of safe, even the lifts only operate with your room card, it makes you feel really safe, The walk by the seafront is beautiful, and we loved getting takeaway and sitting on the grass with the many locals and families enjoying the green spaces, I will advise you to remember your credit card for check-in, as they take a room deposit when you arrive, I didn't realize this and it caught me by surprise, didn't have my credit card, paid cash no problem. Overall we loved our stay and honestly couldn't find fault in hotel or staff, the area is also very nice, not a beach holiday in kustadasi, more a luxury holiday in a bustling city. Will definitely be going back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone. "
