"The hotel is good for people who do not carry heavy luggage-there is no elevator. Our room was clean, with bathroom and shower. It would be nice to have a hair dryer… We could not charge our phones-the outlet has switches, and our converter, when plugged, turned it off… We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant-it was very convenient, and the food and service were nice."

"I always stay here when visiting my family, my only disappointment was when I checked into my room there was left over food from previous guests, I asked at reception next morning fur cleaners to remove, that evening it was still there , asked again she apologised & said it would be removed today, it was still there when i returned. It wasn’t till the 3rd day that it was finally removed, not a big issue but should have been addressed. Staff were always lovely, I don’t know how they dealt with...

"I liked the location it was easy to find, the parking was great, friendly staff, the room very clean & welcoming. The Illinois hotel was one of the nicest hotels Ive visited in Sydney I would definitely visit again 😊 I didnt like walking from my room to the bathroom late at night the hall was dark but lit up when i walked out of the room. The toilet was clean but again the lights turned off as i was still in the toilet i felt unsafe & had to turn my torch from my phone on to see. The location...
