"First of all, the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. As foreigners, it was so lovely to have that experience. The room was easy to find and once in, it had clearly recently been renovated. The only issue with the room was that around the shower/sink area there was a damp musty sort of smell. Likely because there is carpet is that area. The beds were really comfortable and the lighting was great, having the ability to change the brightness and colour of the lights was great being with kids. The kids loved the room! The breakfast area was smaller than expected, and definitely wouldn't have been large if the hotel was anywhere near capacity but we were able to find a table for 4 ok. The offering wasn't quite as expected, having some bread we could toast would have been a great addition. Small addition but it would have been great. However, what we did have tasty. Checking out was super simple, even at 6.30am when we had go for our first train towards the airport. Overally, I'd say the stay was fine, the price was fab for Tokyo, so accesible for the train station and more importantly, Disneyland! "

"Rooms are quite good, clean, plenty of space (twin room). Staff were excellent. onsite Lawson is always a bonus. Free 5 min bus service every 20 min to Narita Airport is great, recommended."

"This hotel was amazing. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous, there’s a 7-11 on the lobby floor to get all your drinks and snacks. The buffet was delicious the staff was courteous and friendly. The only drawback was the location, it’s about a 1.5 to 2 hour train ride into Tokyo. The Narita train station is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel, or the hotel has a free shuttle service to the train station, the local mall and to Narita airport. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to experience Tokyo."

"Staff were all really nice and helpful. As soon as we checked into the hotel, we were given our luggage shipped from Kyoto. My sister raved about the steak at the buffet. I enjoyed the pasta. Airport bus was really convenient. I think there's a bus that takes you to the Aeon shopping center too. There's a good drug store, a souvenir shop, and convenient store. The laundry machine room was a bit far away from my room (separate wings). About 500 yen for a load with soap preloaded. The rooms were really spacious. The bathroom was simple and outdated and had what looked like rust stains."
