"This hotel is far from the airport and transportation is only the hotel shuttle services or taxis. No restaurant nearby, only a Lawson store which is always crowded and a huge line up because no other shops around. Shuttle services not available at noon time. We had to call cab to reach airport. Not very convenient to travel around. "

"Breakfast is excellent with lots of options and tasty food. We had the Japanese style room which was nice, however we found the mattresses hard for our taste. The carpet in the room needs better cleaning."

"Great staff at reception desk, friendly and informative. Room (economy compact for 2)was small but clean and comfortable, good for one night stay. Carpet looks dirty in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was OK, not much choice besides Asian style food. Only eggs available were "scrambled" i.e. almost liquid . No options for omelets or boiled eggs. No fresh fruits, fake juice, bad coffee. The main positive point for this hotel is the beautiful huge park with Buddhist temple/pagoda that is only a few minutes walk from hotel, and the touristy shopping street. Also restaurants around and supermarket. Shuttle service on time and efficient."

"Chambre propre et confortable, mais elle a besoin de rénovation. Les tapis sont tachés, les murs sont sales et abimés. Les chambres sont peu insonorisées. Tous les espaces communs devrait être rafraichis et lavés. Déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Piscine payante alors que nous n'étions pas au courant. Terrasse non fonctionnelle puisque les tables et chaises n'étaient pas installées"

"Breakfast Buffet and Dinner Buffet were great. Lots of varieties. Staff was able to accommodate late check out. Also, airport shuttle was a nice addition. The only thing I had issue was the bed was slightly stiff. To firm for my taste, aside from that, I would stay here again. "

"Overall, the staffs were friendly and kind. The amenities and appliances were in good condition and provided per needed. The facility was overall clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast buffet during the stay that was good. Transportation was so convenient. It would be great to have universal plugs and USB C-type plug in a room and the lobby. "
