The hotel is a perfect spot if you need a close place near NRT airport. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and really luxurios looking. The staff was very kind in keeping our luggage at place for our quick flight to sapporo with no extra charges.

Overall a great place to stay while in Narita. The room was big, clean, and the staff was great. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was very small and only had a few local channels. Would be nice to have steaming service options on the tv as well.

Room was a good size for Japan. shuttle bus was the attraction for this early morning flight but be aware it does end about 9:45pm if arriving late. There is a convenience store near reception that has food and drinks.

Ideal for later arrivals looking for an overnight stay before heading into Tokyo (or visa versa). Clean comfortable, great bed and very little noise considering you look at the runway. Shuttle from stop 27 outside T2 is a bonus. Around e0min between buses. Recommend, will post a pic of bus timetable as of April 2026

We really enjoyed our super short stay. Front desk, mykui?? Im sorry if I spelled your name wrong but he was very helpful and gave us information we need. I will come stay here again. Also, we enjoyed the free shuttle to/from NRT. We missed the shuttle on the day we need to leave because we were a minite late but u can always get an uber, its not expensive
