While the room was small, it was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was always willing to help and answer questions. The train station is across the street and you are within walking distance of a mall. The on site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I would stay here again when I come back to Japan.

If you have something to do in the area around it’s definitely a great “base” close to the station. Great food and service! Rooms on the smaller side but you fit your baggage under the bed! So not a big deal! Lovely place and lovely people!

As a solo traveller, the room was perfect. Plenty of luggage space and all the room requirements in an efficiently packed space. Looks cramped but you should only really be sleeping at your hotel right? Don't forget to hit the public bath.

Fantastic business hotel next to a train station

The room may be small, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. High-speed internet is readily available and easy to use. The cleaning staff comes only when requested, making it a very eco-friendly option. One of the highlights was the bathhouse (sento), which stays open late and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The surrounding area is pleasant, featuring a small park and being conveniently close to restaurants and the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you prefer a quieter experience away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

APA Hotel Chiba Yachiyo Midorigaoka is located near the metro station, a big shopping Mall. The Property is also well kept. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are small but designed with best space management.

Overall it was pretty good. Just the right amount of amenities. It is located in a good spot next to a train station with restaurants and mall within walking distance. If you are driving parking is about 16-1700 yen a day unless you walk about 3-4 blocks for 1/2 that price.

Don’t go there!

Hotel was run down. Room size of prison cell. Bathroom so small you can’t even turn around. Check out time 10:00 AM and after try to charge by the hour. Horrible experience.

It was a nice stay. But for the breakfast time, they only told us it's between 7-10 AM. One time, we went like almost 10AM trying to catch the time because it would be a waste if we don't go since we already paid for it but ended up not being able to eat breakfast for that day. They NEVER told us there's a "cut off" time which is 9:30 AM. The next day, we made sure to be on time. During that time, there was also 1 guest trying to catch the time just like us and was not able to eat his paid breakfast because of course, he doesn't know about the "cut off time". So I guess, they really don't tell all their guests about it which is NOT good and so selfish. But overall, we had a nice stay.
