Friendly staff, nice and quiet. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Would stay here every time I visit Chiba. Great restaurants too. But most of all, I can’t state enough about how lovely the staff was. Great people do exist.

When we booked this hotel we were looking for a hotel with a pool as we new the weather was going to be very hot. We asked on arrival where the pool was only to be informed it was no longer in use. Very disappointed. It is advertised on the internet having a pool. Please change your advertising on Expedia. Staff were very helpful.

Do not book!

Will not recommend. Outdated, old, air conditioner was loud and like 40 years old. Couldn’t even read the labels for the buttons. Bedding stained. Shower curtain had a band aid on it.
