"I booked this hotel specifically to use the pool, but the pool was closed by the time I booked in in the evening. Then the pool doesn’t open during the daytime til 2 PM, long after my required check out time!! So I couldn’t use it. These are very unusual hotel pool use hours and it was a big disappointment. I have chronic pain and was really looking forward to the relief of a swim after my long, trans-Pacific flight."
