"Very nice Hotel. Not Happy I was not offered a free upgrade as MANY of the Expedia affiliated hotels offer (The hotel and City is off season now) and I know there were rooms available. But were quick sell me me an upgrade at €100 a night! NOT HAPPY. The young lady (She knows who she is) was arrogant to say the least. If you don’t for help with your luggage forget it. "The room was gorgeous and elegant and comfortable. It was large and the bed was a true king size bed compared to the much smaller queen or even double that other hotels use for 2 people! The bathroom was large and water pressure strong. Service was impeccable, the breakfast had a good selection and was good with very pleasant service. There was no room service but the access to online delivery via the hotel and then getting it served on a tray with real plates and cutlery was great. ...

Exceptionally good hotel
"Clean and very neat hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Bar area and restaurant was good value for money. Had a swimming pool and separate saunas for men and women. Very reasonably priced for everything that the hotel had to offer. Only 2 to 3 minutes from Helsinki Train station by bus ."
