Was concerned that parking was at the rear of the property on a pay and display car park, but turned out to not be an issue. Had room on top floor, you need good legs to get up the stairs . "I booked late and last minute through an app, but it was no problem. After over 5 hours of driving I was ready to relax and sleep and Bay Tree was perfect for this. I booked the single room with ensuite so had to climb to the top floor but did this with ease, even with three bags. The room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and set me up well for my drive home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hopefully in nicer weather so I could...
