This hotel has been refurbished recently and is in very good condition. We were lucky to stay in a double room with two double beds, easily big enough for a family of four but there were two of us. As our visit was deemed to be a necessary visit due to Covid restrictions all our meals were taken in our rooms. We stayed at this hotel for a night stay ready for our polar express day at the nearby churnet railway station, we had an absolutely lovely time at this hotel friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is absolutely lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance from the railway station. The area is good and convenient to go out to find a dinner. The pub in the hotel is nice as well. And, surprisingly, the hotel provide a free drink when aware that it was my birth month. Thank you very much!

Good size room, very clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast

Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

We were very late arriving but they held the rooms for us and night manager was extremely kind to us knowing how exhausted we were. We were very pleased with the rooms and how clean there were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One evening we took advantage of the 24hr menu and must say the pizza we a ordered was very good indeed. The breakfast was amazing and choices had something for everyone. Overall I would stay there again.

We booked this hotel for is proximity to the arena. It’s about as close as you can get so location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would book again.

First time in Nottingham and the hotel was closer than I expected to the city center and tram. 9min walk from the train station.

This was an extremely comfortable and great value place to stay. My room was a good size and the bed was great. Breakfast was also amazing value and with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Super stylish hotel, best in town, great bar in the evening and fabulous breakfast in the orangery …. Always stop here in Manchester
