All was good except at breakfast there was an issue with the coffee machines and there was no milk for cereal for some time

Clean & tidy
Nice, clean & functional room and hotel. Breakfast looked good. Room was nice but you could hear peoples room doors closing and hear them chatting in the hallway so not that quiet at night.

Did a 2 night stay in Sheffield. Couldn't fault the Hampton by Hilton. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Situated within good walking distance to the city center. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Not good enough
Hand washing sink leaking water onto bathroom floor. Shower curtain missing 2 hooks, body wash dispenser broken, hairs in sink, toilet flush had finger prints on it (not cleaned). Under spare bed lots of dust & rubbish. Car park expensive (£12 per 24 hours)and internal alterations going on so lack of lifts. Managers apologised and gave discount for 1st night as no other room available, and new room offered for 2nd night. Staff very friendly and tried to help. Excellent breakfast.
