"Lea Hurst is a fantastic place to stay , Quiet and secluded.
The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return "

"My wife and I spent an idyllic couple of nights in a 'lovely' double (Room 16 - GF) and couldn't have been more comfortable there. The staff were all lovely and helpful, and made us feel welcome in every setting within the hotel. The property is immaculately maintained, and delivered just what we needed for our mini-break. Having bike hire for free was an added bonus, with the local Tissington Trail giving me a perfect way to spend a morning whilst my wife got a massage treatment.

"The staff were genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were kind to accommodate my request for a late checkout when I was running late.
The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Housekeeping clearly does a great job here, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Location was good for me as I drove up there, there was enough parking spots.
