The parking lot was separate from the hotel and difficult to find. Then we had to park on the 6th floor and walk all the way back with our luggage in the rain. Brutal start to our stay.

Facilities are fine, although pool access was cumbersome. Some corners cut that seem odd for a 4* hotel, such as no bath robes, which would have been handy for allowing changing in rooms before heading to the pool.

Had the worst experience. I booked a hotel just after 12am as I had been busy at work I finish work arrived at the hotel about 3:00 as that’s what time the shift over run by To be told I can’t check in till 10:30. Resulting in me having to leave the hotel cancel my booking and look for alternative accommodation at 3:00am it was difficult so I was walking the streets of Sheffield searching I will not be staying here again baring in mind I had booked and paid for a room previous nights for staff £556 for three nights this is why I booked the hotel for myself as they said it was nice.
