The Hotel has changed it's name to Pandora suite. The young staff where extremely helpful It was a nice place to stay Only issue in my room was no sockets to charge your phone devices, i had to use remove a light and the fridge to enable charging

Such a great property - difficult to find any fault. Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely gifts when we arrived and left, free laundry service, complimentary massage, fantastic restaurant, beautiful room. Puts virtually any 5 star hotel to shame.

The hotel is lovely. The staff arranged pick from bus station and we had a welcome drink on arrival. Our room was huge and the air con worked well...plus a ceiling fan. The pool was handy as it was so hot. Restaurant does food all day abd staff helped to organise mooed rental. The bed in our room was a little hard for our liking but did not spoil our stay which was relaxing. Wifi a little slow at times. Would recommend staying

A wonderful boutique hotel. The grounds are tranquil, rooms are beautifully designed. Intimate boutique setting is an absolute pleasure to behold. With perfectly manicured gardens and pool the hotel is a delight to relax in. The spa treatments were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was always available to meet your needs without being in your face. Property is close to everything and the staff had great recommendations for restaurants. If you go to Angkor Wat you will love this property.

Excellent staff, they go out of their way to serve you! We got picked up at the hotel and i was sick, throwing up in the car. It was only 10am and check in was at 2. The lady who picked us up called the hotel and had our room ready as soon as we got there. Not only they checked us in immediately but sent us complimentary drinks and hot tea! The service is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in before. I definitely recommend it and i will stay there again in the future!

Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend.

Excellent place. Calm oasis Fabulous staff. Really kind and thoughtful. Exceptional. Very short tuk tuk ride to town easy and not a problem. Distance from centre is not a problem at all

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

A great hotel, right in the heart of the city but also quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and markets easy to get tuk tuks. Staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, sky bar and pool great to relax. Over all, highly recommended. We stayed for 6 nights.

Good service fab pool and restaurant , really good location

I really enjoyed my stay at the Caravan Hotel. I was on 11th floor and had a great view. Room very clean. All the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for me. All of them very kind and happy to help.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.

This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful, and from the welcoming drinks to the free massage, throughout the stay they did everything possible to make our time there pleasant. They would ask us our plans to make sure they booked in tuk tuks and arranged everything around our schedule. Nice new hotel food could be improved but overall is excellent

My wife and I loved our stay here! It’s right in the heart of the action off Bassac Lane and surrounded by the best bars and restaurants, yet completely quiet inside the room. The staff are incredible, so helpful and nice. The entire hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower are some of the best! Absolutely incredible value for money, best location, fantastic staff and what a view from that infinity pool:) Simply the best!
