Förstår inte ordet Boutique i detta Hotels namn. Så långt infrån ett boutique-hotel man kan komma. Långt under förväntan. Rekommenderas ej. Bytte till ett riktigt hotel m pool o faktiskt billigare.

良い点①トゥクトゥクのドライバーがホテルのスタッフにおり、空港とホテル間の送迎を行なってくれる。1日トゥクトゥクツアーにも対応しており、ガイドはないが常に冷たい水を用意してくれる。また、このトゥクトゥクは防雨対応しており、雨の時には車体付属のカバーを下ろしてくれる。②オールドマーケットから徒歩3分で立地が非常に良い。近隣に美味しいレストランも多数あり。③1日2本のペットボトルの水をもらえる。 悪い点①シャワーの出が悪い。②大きいホテルではないがエレベーターがないので荷物が多い人は大変。③繁華街にあり21時ぐらいまで騒がしい。

It is worth to stay with only S$30 per night

Staff service is good. Hotel Location very Good; Room dusty, but after the staff clean it up. it look OK! Tap water also dusty, we drink bottle water only(cos dry season)

ロケーションがよくオールドマーケット、ナイトマーケットも徒歩圏内。繁華街の真ん中にあるので買い物に便利。その分外の音が入ってきます。 部屋の設備はお値段通りですが 毎日スタッフが気にかけてくれていろいろ要望をかなえてくれたので居心地は最高でした。 ドミトリーは好きじゃないけどお安く抑えたいという方にはぴったりなホテルです。

I was very disappointed. I booked a single room that looks spacious according to a picture but ended staying at double bed room without further explanation. The toilet is too close to the wall and I could not sit well during the nature call.

ローシーズンという事もあり、ゲストハウスプラスアルファの料金で予約出来ました。結論から言って寝るだけなら、問題なしです。ローケーションはパブストリート、ナイトマーケットまで徒歩10分圏内、ソクサン通りには安いレストラン、マッサージなど沢山あり便利です。サイト内写真と部屋には多少違いはありますが、清潔感はありました。 ホテルでゆっくり寛ぎを求める派には是非とは言いませんが、至極便利なソクサン通りに割り切って泊まる派にはオススメです。

間違っても このホテルは避けた方が良い。

シャワーが チョロチョロしか出ない、おまけに ゴボゴボと音を立てて赤土と空気混じりの濁った状態で、とても使えるものでは無い。シャワーは諦めて、濁りが少し減ったところで下着を洗濯したが、殆ど排水がされず洪水状態。客室との段差も少なく、客室に排水が流れ込みそうになり洗濯も中止した。 翌朝、ホテル内で朝食を済ませ（この間、２０分間くらい）10時頃に客室に戻ると、ドアーが開いていて中年女性が清掃中。「未だチェックアウトもしていないのに何故、勝手に入ったか？」と詰問したら「ルームクリーン」の一言。 慌てて紛失した物が無いか調べたが、パソコン、タブレット、スマホ等々、盗まれた物は無かったが 危なかった。 チェックアウトの際、戻した鍵を受け取るスタッフ達は無言。「shank you」の言葉も無し。 歩き出した小生の後ろで ケタケタと笑っていた最低な奴ら。

Noise was disturbing

I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions because of its ideal location. But this time the down side was the air conditioner which was quite noisy probably due to wear and tear. There is also a new club with a live band just opposite the road. So noise is the main issue during my last stay. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi reception was also poor.

安かったが従業員の対応も悪く最低のほてる

空港に出迎えを依頼していたが来なかったためタクシーで行った。タクシーの運転手によるとこのうたい文句は絶対に信用できない。帰りのタクシー代金を負担するとの申し入れもあったが頭にきており自分で手配し負担した。価格は安いがホテル側の言い訳は全く信用できない。バスタオルも汚れが見えなければ乾いていれば　2日泊まったが代える気配もない。多分前の客から使いまわしと思う.\便利な地区であるが夜中まで喧しすぎ部屋も汚く隙間だらけで最低　絶対に泊まりたくない。

Was unable to reach hotel staff for airport pickup. Phone would ring & then hang up. Only to get there to a sleeping receptionist who didn’t even greet us. Rooms needs to be cleaned, bath tub & room was dirty. Door was difficulty to open/close. No linens were provided upon arrival. It’s worth the price if you don’t mind dirty & it is a great location & easy access to everything.

Location is great but the hotel itself....

Great location, a minute walk to Pub street. Good and reasonable price restaurant nearby. But hotel condition was...unexpectedly bad because of their overly tuned photo. It's a bit old and small and not so clean. Staffs weren't so good at English but very helpful. I think it's acceptable with the price if they didn't adjust the photo so much to have people thinking the hotel is super clean and such.

worst hotel experience they litrally dont care about you... no smiles on face. all working like robots. my room was opened while i was sleeping. blood stain on my bedsheet and blanket was smelly. Wifi connection was very weak. shower was very slow, no hot water inspite of heater, no toilet paper nasty toileteries given. outside restaurants, my tuktuk driver and angkor wat temples were great experience.
