But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. "After a bumpy local bus from Erakleum we were happy to wonder around Aleeppy town and eventually arrived at Bamboo lagoon reception counter. What happens next we cannot say... much laughter... Lovely home cooked food with all the spices of Kerala. Lovely friendly staff that made the trip a little greater. Relaxing sunsets whist watching the house boats go by."

No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family.
