"I had a 12-hour layover in Vancouver before a 16-hour trip late in the evening. Hotel was very accommodating to get me in early, and I checked out around 8pm. They could have had me wait till 3 pm but took care of me. Harry at the front desk was super helpful. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel was very nice, even a nice Restaurant. Shuttle service was good. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

The room was lovely, i really liked the comfort of the bed and the sliding door to separate the bed from the rest of the room. Staff were friendly and pleasant to speak with. "We came in pretty late right before they closed and the hostess waited for us which she didn't have to do but was nice of her! Very friendly, safe and very comfortable beds highly recommend staying here if you get off the ferry late or if you have a late flying in from the airport and missed the last ferry."
