"I had an excellent stay at this property. Initially I was a bit worried about how the experience would be, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained with modern facilities that made the stay very comfortable. "We stayed twice in Ashoka , room 522 , no hot water just luke warm , shower head dripping ice cold water while using hand held shower, 5 nights in that room, then 757 three nights, not bad , staff is very pushy about tipping, very bad , even using the toilet, they see me coming, run to the washroom , take out paper towel from dispenser and give it you , asking for tip or give you pathetic look , not very comfortable, I would give this hotel 3 stars , stayed in Holiday inn express in Jaipur , very clean , no one harassing you , very pleasant staff "

"My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"

"I had a really nice stay at Two Green Park B&B, the room was well sized, breakfasts were tasty, and Bani was really helpful throughout my stay and quick to respond to any queries. It is also a really convenient location for exploring locally or across the city. "

"This has always been one of our favourite hotels in the world. It’s ornate and gorgeous with incredible service. But…on this occasion we found the bed very firm. The staff bent over backwards to rectify the situation. The Qube restaurant is fabulous. Such a beautiful setting with delicious food and service. We did half board and had delicious dinners here as well. One other glitch this time, we needed an extra night and were quoted an outrageous price. At the last moment, as we were checking out, the management offered us the room at the same rate as the previous nights but by then we had booked rooms at the Oberoi. There’s a lot of competition between the Leela and the Oberoi and on this occasion the Oberoi won. "
