This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of our room was 1st class and the hotel as a whole is very clean. We were very pleased with the hotel and will stay again as they have...

A very good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.

good

As a family we really like this hotel. It was the location that interested us initially but since then we have visited many time. We turned up this time to a little disappointment in that nearly all the staff we had previously built up lovely relationships had gone and had been replaced. However this disappointment was soon dispelled. All the replacement staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. A slight negative was the breakfast selection seemed too have reduced...

We stayed 10 nights. I must say everything about this hotel was on point. Staff was so friendly and polite. Really enjoyed ourselves.

The staff very helpful and friendly also the hotel is very clean and every thing is available in the room washing machine, iron, microwave, top glass Coker, big bathroom with free toiletry . Location is excellent 10 minutes walking from the tram and city centre mall , shops and restaurants close to the hotel .

Business trip for myself and a colleague. Worked really well. Didn't realise the quality of the Diera City Centre Shopping Mall - excellent. Nice walk through there to the Metro Station of the same name. A very short taxi ride from the airport on arrival - which was nice. They were very helpful and allowed us to check in early (most of my trips to Dubai do this to be honest). There isn't a lot of quality eating places other than in the mall (if you call that quality?). One stop north on the...

Amazing stay at this property for a total of 14 nights. The location and hotel’s interconnected Mall access was very convenient for a family of five with kids between ages of 8 - 2. The hi-tea and buffet were both good value for money. The housekeeping help, especially by DEVENDHAR was going the extra mile for making your stay worthwhile. Staff in general from reception to the poolside, from the restaurant to the valet assistant, like everyone was very friendly, polite and respectful, no matter...

Nice hotel House keeper excellent Staff excellent Pool very good Gym very good Breakfast excellent

Lovely hotel. Very clean and the staff was also very helpful and friendly. Good location and convenient as there is an entrance from the hotel directly into city center mall. There is also a tax free planet booth in the hotel which made it very easy and we completed the process there itself so no hassle at the airport. Definitely would go again.

Early check in was most welcomed after a long night flight. Room was comfortable with a wonderful bed and comfy pillows. Small kitchen was adequately equipped with utensils and cooking stuff. Bathroom had a powerful shower and adequate to meet my needs. Roof top pool was superb with plenty of sun beds, a clean small pool and a small bar with a life guard on duty. Plenty of sun to be had in a comfortable environment. Breakfast Buffet although not a 5 star spread was good and met my culinary...

Friendly staff very nice

We spent 2 nights here on a stopover to Australia, and enjoyed the experience. From the hotel you can walk across the road to the creek, and catch a river bus down to the souk, and the Dubai museum. The hotel is a good half hour drive from the beach, but you can use the free hotel shuttle to take you there, (only runs once per day) and then use the beach, pool etc.at the Hilton Jumeirah.
