"Clean rooms, facing the harbor. Great sunrise with balcony. Close to walk to restaurants. Housekeeping needs to check better there was an empty lotion setting with the clean amenities. Not sure what happened but I don’t want cross contamination. Would have gave staff a five star but they wouldn’t bring me one to replace it said I could come down to get it. Wasn’t my mistake. But Alice who checked us in was great and had nothing to do with the above complaint. I know if Alice had answered the phone would have taken care of me. Thanks Alice for checking us in."
