The accommodation was first rate and very comfortable. Separate sleeping area with a TV in each. The location is all new and someone has gone to a lot of effort to make the stay pleasant and memorable. We didn't get chance to use the pool but looked well setup and ideal for a young family.Easy parking, plenty of food outlets and supermarkets within easy reach. We had a lovely room with a nice outdoor terrace area - all very clean and comfortable. The Inn is in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and near to the ferry. It is also next door to the Whale Tooth pub which did great evening meals. The hostess recommended Dot's diner for breakfast, a 2-minute drive up the road and it was excellent. We chose to stay here as a good place to do a day trip to Bar Harbor & Acadia NP. Our room was very spacious and the king sized bed very comfortable with great pillows! The lounge area was a little tired. Had a microwave & fridge (although we turned it off to reduce noise!) would have been useful to have a couple of plates and cutlery. Plenty of options for eating and takeaways nearby. Good communication via text.
