"I had a wonderful stay at Bar Harbor Manor during our visit to Acadia National Park. The location was excellent—close to downtown Bar Harbor, restaurants, and convenient for exploring the park’s attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property had a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing around Acadia, Cadillac Mountain, Jordan Pond, Sand Beach, and other beautiful locations. Overall, Bar Harbor Manor made our family trip more enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay near Acadia National Park."

"The Cromwell is owned by kids who were gifted the property by their parents. Out of a 7500 mile road trip. This was by far the cleanest the nicest kept grounds inside and out. Everything looked brand new and still maintaining some charm from their parents era. I made it a point to go to the office and tell the staff only need to be lucky enough to meet two of the kids! We had an amazing experience and will surely be back Refrigerator microwave and a nice coffee station in your room. Brochures and education on the area Easy walk downtown Amazing shops Amazing restaurants There is everything to love about Bar Harbor, Maine!"

"Location was just outside downtown but still walkable to it. Quiet, friendly staff, looking glass restaurant overlooks scenery and water views. Room in Livingston house was basic but nice hot shower with pressure. Good courtyard and grounds if you have pets in one of the permitted rooms. I recommend this place. Blue Nose Inn next door where you check in has nice gift shop and fitness room with indoor and outdoor pool all part of amenities."

"Front desk staff was not kind at all, respond with attitude when we asked a question, at the beginning when we arrived, we thought was only one person, we stayed for 7 days, unfortunately everyone has the same attitude. We never received welcomed word or had kind word to us. Maybe because I have accent but that doesn’t it mean that I pay the same money that everyone else. The boys who open the door were excellent specially Victor, if we had a questions about buses or taxis, or anything we always wait for him to find out the answers, very king person. Thank you Victor!"
