"I would like to especially commend the Head of Guest Relations Gita Nail for truly saving our stay. While there were several issues initially, she stepped in with exceptional professionalism, empathy, and ownership. She listened patiently, acted swiftly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right. Her efforts not only resolved the situation but completely turned around our experience. She single-handedly restored our faith in the hotel and made us feel valued as guests. A true asset to the organization."

"Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon. "

"Great staff, so polite and helpful, and a lovely hotel with easy on-demand shuttle to friendly nearby beach and some excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Beware: there may be a wedding happening if you're staying at the weekend between November to February so it won't be as tranquil as it usually is but they are an amazing sight so enter into the spirit of things!"

"This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."
