Good value, well maintained and comfortable

The Motel is easy to find about 1mile off Route 101. We stopped 3 nights. Each room has a parking space right outside the door. Check in was nice and easy and the guy was very polite and nice to deal with. Our room (Deluxe King Suite) was spacious.. clean.. big comfy bed.. fridge.. microwave.. TV.. toilet.. bath.. shower.. but was quite dated. All the furniture was old style wooden.. and abit tatty around the edges.. the room was for a couple.. but only one chair supplied.. and no built in USB's...

A spotless room, amazing staff who were so helpful. The kitchenette was ideal for me, with most things I needed to cook and store food. The heater/air conditioning was great for cooler mornings

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. Everything about this establishment was fine, great location, easy to access airport and center San Francisco. Rooms and facilities were clean and how convenient to have parking. Staff will do their very best to accommodate your requests. If I do return to this area, I'll surely rebook this hotel.

Great location , staff and hotel

This hotel is lovely and well located. The hotel deco is very fun, spacious rooms, comfy bed, great service, decent breakfasts and the best thing is the wine reception which is a fantastic touch (this was our fav part of the stay!) The hotel is located 10min walk from Union Sq and the subway station. You’ll have a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.
