But when I complained, they did not charge me for them. The breakfast eggs were served cold, then reheated in the microwave instead of remade, which made them hard to eat. THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE ARE TWO Best Western Pluses. The text to confirm our reservation did not have the address. I called to find which one and was placed on hold for 5 minutes each time. Then we drove to the wrong one. However, Lourdes at the front counter of the correct hotel did make us feel very welcome; she was the only one who did. "

"Property was sufficient for a layover nights rest. Rooms were small and need renovation. But worked for what we needed. "

"Pool was not working plus it appears nothing is being worked on to fix it. We were not told this before booking. Were given a room that had not been cleaned so we had to go back to front desk and get new room. $25 for breakfast buffet that was not good at all. Also restaurant was not open for lunch due to low occupancy. I would not stay again."

"No airport shuttle but everything else was fantastic. Clean, affordable, beautiful pool, nice breakfast, and a safe, walkable area. Located right beside Kohl's and many nice restaurants. Lots of shopping across the street too! I would definitely stay here again. "
