"Ideal location to visit daughter at uni and have her leave halls for a night and spend time with us and her little brother. Chose the hotel for the grounds and that it looked peaceful. Although as it happens halls might have been more sedate! Stayed on a Saturday night. Event on site. Loud music, raging arguments in corridors / bedrooms adjacent to the 3 rooms we booked. Loud s”x, underpants in the car park the next morning and other detritus, glasses of beer etc The irony was having to pay a £15 surplus for a well behaved small dog. "

"The room was very nice but the restaurant service was disappointing. Slow service and they charged me extra which we didn't ask for. Ordered a steak burger which supposed to be 18 pounds but when we received our bill, there was surcharge of extra cheese and bacon which we didnt ask at the time of ordering food. The staff just added the extra and expected us to pay. We mede the the payment as we didn't want to mess up the experience. There is also 10 percent service charge which was already added on our bill. Unfortunately food wasn't anything special. Just dry burger. "

"2 very minor issues These will not stop me recommending your hotel 3 person room. Only 2 glasses. Tissue box in shower room was empty except for 2 tissues. Thank you for allowing us into the room early. Life saver as we drove from Gloucestershire to attend a wedding the same day. So we were able to freshen up and get changed. We only slept in the room for t The one night. Very quiet room. Breakfast spot on Thank you"

"No double glazing rook was absolutely bloody freezing they had radiators but werent on window did not shut properly had to pay 20 pounds to oay to oark af there property when we had altrady paid for there hotel quite poor tralky couldnt get in the room untill 4pm which was a joke i will nt be recommending this property i love bournemouth and have stayed in a few property's but woll not be teturning here "

"Great location for a trip to Bournemouth, moments away from the beach, it must be one of the closest hotels to the beach area. Room was clean and just what we needed. It was great that our children had beds each rather than having to share a sofa bed. The hotel had a nice lobby bar area, we didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. We made use of the pool which was lovely to have for our stay "

"We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back! "
