"Place is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The restaurant was great, little slow service. The room was clean very comfy with an amazing bath tub and bathroom set up. Jackie at the front was great with getting us in our room and answering questions we had with parking and local spots to go. "

"I recently stayed at the Sinclair Hotel and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated and made for a positive first impression. However, the room itself fell short in several areas. The bed was very worn down and far too soft, offering little to no support, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The pillows were extremely flat and also provided no support, adding to the discomfort. Additionally, the room was only stocked with two towels and two washcloths, which didn’t feel sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, while the staff was kind and helpful, the lack of comfort in the room made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Management should sleep a night to get a real feel of the mattress."

"Parking was in a shared lot. The pics are deceiving. We tried to get a refund but was told no. The entire experience was horrible. The ac did not work and the hotel staff did nothing to fix it. We asked about another room and was told they were all the same. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up just leaving and going to the Hilton. "
