"My family stayed here for about 5 days. At first it seemed a little chaotic in the valet where you unload your luggage. But they had an efficient system and were very organized and got everyone their luggage moved pretty past. I was pleasantly surprised they have someone available to take your luggage to your room for you. We had Cody help us with ours and he was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and well stocked for our stay. The only issues we encountered was we had to call maintenance to our room for the AC the condensation drip tray was full and it switched off the air condition. They arrived promptly and fixed it, so we were pleased with that it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The other minor thing worth mentioning is they scheduled our room to be tidied and serviced in the middle of the week but they never came. We had enough towels and extra blankets. We enjoyed the pools, and beach access was convenient. We chose to self park our car in the parking garage across the street. It is a very short walk through a nicely landscaped area and the parking garage has elevators. The whole atmosphere of even other guests was family friendly and we enjoyed even just hanging out by the pools. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and plan on returning next year. "

"We've stayed here in the past mainly because of the friendly staff, excellent facility and great location. You can park the car and walk to nearly every destination easily. This year we stayed a week and as always thoroughly enjoyed every day. Even though we stayed a week we were only offered one visit by housekeeping. Would think at least two visits would be proper. Bed pillows are hard and heavy. Brought my own this time so I could get some sleep. Other than that, no real complaints. Would be nice if you could order food from your umbrella on the beach and have it delivered. I'm sure the hotel would make a lot of extra income providing this service. "
