"We have really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and a lovely breakdast. The room had everyhing we needed. Just unfortante that we heard a bottle bank veing emptied at 6:15 on a Tuesday morning. We had a city view which is basically a wall. But given we didnt spend much time in the room (awake) it didn’t really matter. Location wise, in Como, there isn’t anywhere better."

They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. "The property is very good. The lady at reception was exceptional. She helped us with guidance of the city that without, everything would have been more difficult. Beds and all within the room is great. Recommendations would be a larger size TV and more alternative channels for tourist (English language and Spanish. WiFi great! "Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely and helpful. Plentiful breakfast choices and a warm welcome every morning. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation "
