We requested for a water kettle and they were fast to bring to our room. Room was clean with aircon working well. The elevator was tiny and busy, so give yourself more time when checking out. The hotel restaurant served really good food. It gets very busy for dinner, so best to book a table. Location is quiet, with a few shops around. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Thank you."

"Our stay at Ibis Como was excellent. The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute drive from Lake Como and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping centers. Free parking is available, which was a great advantage for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which was very convenient for our schedule, although the variety of options could be improved. The hotel is also only a 30-minute drive from Fiera Milano, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. Having a car is highly recommended. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
