This is a great place to stay to explore Lake Como. Walking distance from the train station, many bakeries and restaurants, and the pier to board the ferry (tip: go early in the morning). Staff friendly and attentive.

This was by far the best stay of our entire Italy trip, and it was the perfect way to end our journey! A huge thank you to Roberta, who was incredibly kind and accommodating with our early check-in and took such great care of us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommended! We would happily stay here again. 🇮🇹❤️

Highly recommend this bnb. Air conditioner was great! Unit was clean, great central location. Shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated.

Beatrice is the best. Met us within 5 minutes of our arrival. Property is very secure, centrally located, walking distance to everything. Quiet and restful room. Loved it!

Excellent value in a great location with close proximity to everything in Como including beach club. Shopping piazza, train station. The room was very clean check in was a matter of coordinating time but Beatrice was super nice to deal with and very responsive. Also parking was very close. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, we came in late and the owner who was in the emergency room still arranged for an escort to meet us at the street walk is in and get us settled. We felt like royalty. Only issue was more of a personal matter, the design of the folding glass shower door will over extend, leaving a path for water to splash out. I personally don't like making a mess at a fabulous place like Alicia's. So the 4th star is more on me then the establishment. Also the topping on the cake is that we were allowed a late check out due to our train leaving at 1300..

The location is superb. It is a short walk from the train station, and about 8 mins walk to Lake Como. There are restaurants and cafes right on the street below which is convenient for meals and drinks. Even though it is near the streets, room is relatively quiet. Room is clean and all facilities are working well. A coffee machine is provided too which is thoughtful. The only slight hiccup is during the check-in whereby the staff identified me through the travel agent name which I could not identify with as I booked directly with Expedia with my name. Nevertheless, the staff managed to check and match the records and allowed us to check in. She later explained there was a mixed up and assured us that we got our room as booked. She has been professional and we got no issues thereafter.

Yaiza was great! She helped check us into our room. She gave us excellent dinner recommendations & helped us know where to find our lake tour the following morning. She was so kind & helpful. The room was absolutely charming. And very close to the train station & to the Lake.
