Mr. Adhil Marikka, our check-in agent, was both professional and accommodating. After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free. A special shout-out to the transportation coordination team, who ensured that all our local transfers were punctual and smooth.
