Partial view room. No beach. Road is very busy with the constant flow of traffic. Dangerous area with broken pavements. Hotel staff were good, food was tasty. Tea was cold, then asked for a teapot. They were polite and friendly. The bathroom was clean, but there was a strong smell. Had to ask for hand towels. It’s not a hotel as such. It’s like a Holiday Inn. Good staff. Very helpful and polite. O

This is 4 star property with 5 star service. Staff are friendly, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent amenities, easy to get around the city and good access to airport. Great variety of food, also cater well for people with food intolerance.

Super customer service. Hewage, my driver was fantastic. Hisham was superb. Ali, Wasana, Trevor, and Radicka were great. The head chef was really good. And the food was really good. Dahomey the housekeeper was also great.

Staff was very kind to me and always helping when needed. I really appreciate their helpfulness. They gave us everything we needed and asked and I have never experienced such a hospitality in my life. I really appreciate especially the nightshift of the hotel and the night time manager. Day time staff was also superiour and always making sure everything is ok.

I spent 1 night at this beautiful property, and I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and views at sunset. The staff assisted me with arranging airport transportation the next morning. On my next trip to Colombo, I will be sure to stay at this property again.

Good room was given with sea view. Breakfast buffet was great. But when we checked in at around 3 pm on 4th July, we were told our room was not ready and had to wait for about half an hour. Actually what happened was our room was ready and want to given it to someone else. We learn that as we heard the conversation among front office personnel. So we had to demand for rooms to be ready immediatley. As a result we were given an upgraded room. Later someone called and apologized us and offered free breakfast. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars
