"The worst front of house experience I had during my entire trip from staff member Zaid. No smile, no hello, not a single word uttered, just a blank stare until we mentioned we were there to check in, which was then followed by the word 'passports'. This man should be working with machines, not people. The 'gym' is a tiny room squeezed to the brim with odd bits of equipment, pretty dated and unusable. "A great hotel with great facilities. The change rooms / amenities area was fabulous even down to provided blow dryers. Fantastic pool area, very well kept. We had a club room on level 7 with complimentary nibbles, soft drink, tea and coffee throughout the day and evening. The afternoon tea included three choices of hot food , and a variety of sandwiches. Complimentary happy hour also included three choices of hot food and assorted finger food. Great services from all staff encountered"
