The hotel was just what we needed after arriving in Colombo and we stayed again the night before we left. The pool and rooftop bar have amazing views as well as the rooms. Breakfast is great but quite expensive, as are the snacks in the rooftop bar. Our favourite meal was a la carte lunch which was really good value.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel.The staff were so attentive and smiled continually throughout our time there.We could not have asked for more.We also ate supper in the restaurant and believe that the meal was by far the best we had whilst in Sri Lanka.If / when we return to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't have been kinder and more accomodating, great location near restaurants, shops and the National Museum and Natural History museum. Overall a brilliant stay

Located just far enough out of Colombo to be quiet, yet can easily walk to Galle Face Green if you wish. The hotel is clean and staff are great. Plenty food and beverage options at reasonable prices or try Galle Road for street food. Take the free shuttle to the beach lounge for a swim in the sea or just relax on the sea front. The roof pool is busier than the beach lounge but still always room available. High Tea was very good and the Tides buffet was super.

I've stayed at quite a few of the nicest hotels in Colombo over the past few years, both with my family and alone, and I'm really pleased I tried ITC this year. It's probably now my joint favourite alongside the Hilton Colombo Residences. It is superior to the Shangri-La (where the rooms are shoeboxes and the feeling is sterile) and Mt Lavinia (which seems too obsequious to a colonial past!). The staff are all very warm and welcoming all the time and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant Palmyrah serves this wonderful mutton paal poriyal - an amazing dish.

Great apartment with lots of space and cooking facilities. We also had a washing machine. Staff were very nice and supermarket nearby with cafe for food. Hotel also arranged airport pick up for us. Would certainly recommend. WiFi was free.

Amazing hotel with well appointed rooms. Very clean and modern. Lovely staff on reception and manager greeted us to check everything was ok. Had slight problem in restaurant which was sorted with a little arguing but otherwise food was excellent too. Nice location, easy to get uber or tuktuk
