"We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. The location was perfect for us—close to shops, restaurants, transportation, and many attractions, which made exploring Lisbon easy. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, and since this was our first visit to Lisbon, they helped make it a great experience. Our room and bathroom were modern, updated, and very clean, with enough space to be comfortable. Having an elevator was a big plus for us, especially being on the 4th floor. We would definitely stay here again, though next time we would like a room facing the street. Totally recommend this hotel!"

"We ordered an airport shuttle but they never came. The rest of our stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs. They were always smiling, attentive, and curtious. The food at the Bistro 99 attached to hotel was superb. Will definitely return on our next visit to Lisbon. "

"The hotel is very nice, clean and good location. The only things I didn’t like were breakfast it wasn’t varied enough of food and I stayed in the 6 floor and in that floor there’s stairs, and I had two suitcases, but the rest was great 👍 "
